What is Frequency Mining competition about?
Haze Finance is the first project to introduce the concept of Frequency Mining(and coined the term too) to DeFi. In Frequency Mining, users can repeatedly deposit, withdraw and redeposit using the same funds, with no time restrictions, and get rewarded with HAZE tokens every time. In exchange, we charge 0.1%- 0.55% (depending on your deposit amount) as protocol fees for every withdrawal and distribute 40% of the protocol fees as staking reward to HAZE tokens stakers and put 30% in DAO treasury, which acts as a reserved fund for Haze Finance and can be utilize through the voting of DAO members.
This time, we are hosting Frequency Mining competition and the winner will be the one that frequency mine the most, in terms of total volume, within 24 hours (starting on March 27th 8pm EST and ends on March 28th 8pm EST). Users have three deposit amount options, 1k, 10k and 100k. Contestants who have bigger capitals can choose to do less work by depositing 100k a few times; contestants with smaller capitals might also win by doing extra work and repeatedly deposit and withdraw within the 24 hours timeframe to accumulate more total volume and out-do the whales.
Each time users deposit, they receive HAZE tokens as reward, they can then stake the tokens on our platform to receive extra HAZE tokens as reward and in a sense earn back the protocol fees spent.
Every contestant must provide one wallet address he/she will be using during the duration of the competition, and only deposits make through the provided address will be counted toward the final volume for that contestant.
